Yoga privates classes are not like a regular yoga class, they are more like a physical therapy session, except with yoga.
Like physical therapy, they are designed with you in min and practice and consistency is the name of the game.

 

We practice with a goal in mind. Whether that goal is relaxing, flexibility or stress, a private session can do a body great!

So get in tune with your body as it is today, aches, pains, inflexibility and all it's glory.  As you are right now... Perfect.

Then you can take it home and use the things you have learned in our sessions.

Yoga is a lot of things to a lot of people.

One thing I frequently hear is,

"I'm not flexible enough to do yoga."  

That is like saying, "I'm too hungry to eat!" or "I'm too dirty to bathe!"

You better eat and you better bathe!

Yoga helps you get flexible!

"I hate stretching"

Well .. I can't help you with that. The only person I won't do yoga with is hte person who doesn't want to yoga. 

But I am pretty sure you need a little stretching and breathing. 

"Yoga is boring"

You obviously have not been in a class with me!
