Ohhh to have you as my student, always puts a smile on my face.

My classes are like me, funny, filled with info and a whirlwind.

Ending always....

Melty and Delicious.

First of all, my sessions are really catered towards you and what you want in your yoga sessions.
For example:

  • Loosen up

  • Breathe easier

  • Less Stress

  • Going thru illness

  • Ankle issues

  • Shoulder issues

  • Neck issues.

  • Wrist issues

  • Agility

  • Mobility

  • Recovering from...  .. so many issues
    And of course.

  • Silence. ... hahaaha yea not so much with me!

I want to make sure we are a good fit, because honestly, you are spending your time and money with me. I wanna make it worth your while.

Mine as well.

For example, if you are starting yoga in some way, because someone is telling you to do it, we might not be a good fit.

I want YOU to want to come to yoga.

If you are coming in kicking screaming...  Meh.. not so much.

Please, find what makes you happy.

So, ask yourself,  "Self, why am I here?  Was it something she said?"

Well, I hope so.

Yoga with me is simple, but not easy.
Look, life isn't easy, at least I make it fun!

I do however, promise you a lot great yoga, lots of  information that can hopefully help you.

Then, you can take home and hopefully practice it.

Now look,  I don't mean to toot my own horn here, but... I have been doing this a very long time and so I happen to know a thing or two about this yoga stuff. And I know a bit about bodies that need a little more attention in their yoga.  Sometimes its not easy to admit we can't do something that might seem easy. Like I said, Simple but not easy

You know what I love about teaching yoga as therapy?

I love seeing the difference from when a student starts to when our session end.

I am amazed at how just a few sessions can make a person  feel,

Melty and Delicious.

But, isn't that the point, right? Than and to feel better of course.

But I digress.

I've have been teaching yoga since 1997.  We did practice yoga in my very small school in California and by the time I was 18 I already had yoga routine in the morning and at night before bed.

I obtained my first yoga certification in 2002 because I thought I wanted to teach at a gym. Nope.  That wasn't my thing. Butt getting my yoga certification made me realise how many people were going to need yoga after 9/11, and I was the right person to help with that.

Now, I have been working on bodies since 1987. I have always been one to take care of others. At 16 I took care of a friend of my dad who had a double vasectomy. It's in my blood to help others.

What kind of yoga do you I teach?
Yoga as Therapy. Not power yoga, not hot yoga, but yoga as therapy.

I am a Certified Yoga Therapist who teaches Yoga to the Super Beginner and Beyond.

What is the difference between a "yoga instructor" and a "yoga therapist?"

Well.... An instructor tells you what to do. DO this , do that.. move this.. etc. A yoga therapist assess with you, your start point, your wants, your needs and we work with a goal in mind. When that goal is met, that is Yoga Therapy.

Now, when all this distance stuff  is over, and we are back to being close, trust me, you're gonna wanna book me up!  In the meantime, we have Zoom.

Let's start with a 15 Zoom class, on the house Then we can decide what works best for you.

If you are ready to book your free 15 minutes intro session
